For property owners looking to rent, lease or sell their properties, it’s basically free to list your properties on pricelessrealestateservices.com. However, you pay us 10% of the total rent, sale or lease amount when the property is leased or sold through our agency.

For customers sourcing, houses/entire homes, commercial or residential properties for rent, lease or sale; we request a moderate fee of $40 as service charge. This small amount is used to provide comfortable transportation (fully air-conditioned vehicles) for viewing options you deem fit. A tiny percentage of the overall rent, lease or sale amount is also charged as commission for our sourcing and brokerage services. 

We will be happy to have you conduct in-person viewing before booking. However, we keep photographs of listings up to date with the aim of giving you the most recent view of individual properties; yet, our customer service department stand ready to accompany clients for viewing if they prefer doing so before booking.

Definitely! We can promptly arrange that once the necessary preliminaries are exhausted.

You can pay online using any valid debit / credit card, international wire transfer to our corporate account or Western Union and MoneyGram. Cash payment is also accepted at our office in Monrovia.

If you are paying online, you will have to pay in USD. We accept Liberia Dollars and United States Dollars at our office.

We list a range of residential real estate properties including apartments, villas and plots through our web and mobile platform. Our listings include everything from new, resale, under construction and upcoming properties.

To buy a property through priceless, you need to follow the following steps:

1. Check out our website
2. Select the property that meets your criteria and drop an enquiry for the same.
3. Go on a site visit of the selected property with our property experts.
4. Close the deal- We handle all legal paperwork, arrange home loans (if needed) and manage all documentation work with the builder and the bank.

You would receive a call back from us within 10-15 minutes of placing your enquiry with us, provided you have posted your requirements between 9am and 10 pm. Otherwise, we would be reaching you the next day.
